Authentic Pilates and Muscle Activation Retreat - Friday 9th to Sunday 11th June 2023
The setting for the retreat is the historic Patrick Brompton Hall, which is located in lower Wensleydale on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales. The house is set in 160 acres of park and woodland with a sparkling stream running through and a wonderful victorian meditation walled garden which add to the peace and tranquility of the setting. Inside the house you'll find all the luxurious detail of a fine country home; comfortable bedrooms, soft space sitting rooms, country house dinning room and a heated indoor pool. It provides a truly special place to switch off from your world and focus on your Pilates and wellbeing.
A Unique Pilates & Muscle Activation Retreat - Designed For You
What makes this retreat unique is that it will be purposely designed for you. With over 20 years experience within the health and fitness industry, Adrian will assess your movement and use his skills to direct the weekend to your needs. Whether its helping you with your Pilates practice, building your strength or developing your movement or fitness, he will ensure you can move forward and achieve your goals.
There will be 6 different Pilates and related classes available for you over the weekend and opportunities for you to avail yourself of Adrian's specialist knowledge through a private session, all within the price of the weekend. He really will design this retreat around your needs, amazing though this sounds. His experience of working in the world of Pilates, together with that gained through personal training, natural movement, sports nutrition and Muscles Activation Techniques (MAT) will enable him to discover your needs and help you move forward.
What will make this 'designed for you' weekend so effective will be the online consultation prior to the retreat and the follow up session Adrian is offering you on your return. This session can be in his stunning studio in Northumberland should you live close enough or virtual if you live too far away. These are his 'give aways' to you to make sure you get the most from your retreat. All within the price!
Although the timetable is full, the weekend is yours to take as much as you want or need. If you feel the peace and tranquilty of the beautiful surroundings draws you in, then you can opt for the space and time to recharge and reset.
The venue offers plenty of opportunity to enjoy peaceful walks surrounded by ancient trees, a game of tennis on the hard court, a swim in the pool or even a wild dip in the stream that runs through the grounds.
We believe that good food is essential for a happy and healthy life. On this retreat the food will be very special.
